Craig Fahey earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and then his juris doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. He served as a summer extern for the Honorable Edward J. Garcia, District Judge of the Eastern District of California, during law school. Mr Fahey is licensed to practice law in California, Arizona, and Nevada and is licensed as a CPA (inactive) in California. He has represented individuals in all three states, and has been involved in over 1000 hearings on Social Security Disability claims.
Judge Frosburg previously served as the chief judge of the San Diego Social Security Disability Hearing Office, formerly known as the Office of Hearings and Appeals. After gaining invaluable experience within the Social Security claims world, Judge Frosburg retired from the bench in 1994 and went into private practice. Now he represents individuals who are filing for Social Security benefits, using his reputation to help his clients gain a voice in the system and succeed in winning their claims.
Martha Liz Guevara began her career while working with retired Judge Milton Frosburg in 1995. Ms. Guevara is a senior legal assistant for the firm and has extensive experience with the Social Security disability claims process. She is familiar with the intricate workings of the Social Security disability program including the filing of initial applications for benefits, appealing denied claims, gathering of medical evidence and coordinating the claims process to ensure completion of a claim in a timely manner. Ms. Guevara is bilingual in English and Spanish and has worked closely with the Hispanic communities in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial Counties.
Allison G.H. Crews has more than 35 years of experience and serves as the senior legal assistant for the firm in wills, trusts and probate matters. Ms. Crews has extensive knowledge in working with the probate courts to ensure that probates and administrations are expeditiously completed through the courts. Further, she has assisted with the drafting of thousands of wills and trusts and other related documents, such as powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
